Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at thalacusa@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Gift cards and promotional items are final sale.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
