Return & Refund
Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receiving the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If the product is damaged or defective, we will ship out a new product at no cost.
Item(s) that can be exchanged/returned:
- If the item(s) you received are not same as your order or incomplete order.
- Failure of retail packaging will be given exchange.
(This rule Only applies to recently purchased/unopened items)
Item(s) that CANNOT be returned:
- We are NOT responsible for any product(s) damages or issues induced by the customer.
- If the retail packaging has been opened or is damaged, no refund or exchange of the product will be issued since it has diminished in value.
- If the product(s) has been neglected/unused for extended periods of time, the product(s) would still be diminished in value (even if the retail packaging has never been opened). Therefore, refund/ exchange will NOT be applicable.
- If you simply change your mind about the product(s) and request return/exchange, you may return.
(In this case, we may charge you return shipping costs and 15% of restocking fee.)
